How We’re Helping Increase Safety for Our Customers And Employees

Our team members are ready to serve you though some of our physical dealerships may be temporarily closed.

Call, text, chat or email us for service or questions. We will work with you to arrange your vehicle delivery (if available) and trade-in pickup.

Limiting contact keeps our employees and customers safe while still maximizing our availability for those who need us during this time.

Enterprise is committed to providing a safer work environment during this challenging time and continues to monitor the situation, implementing additional safety measures.

While we have limited our open physical dealerships, in most areas some staff remain on site to assist in the sale of vehicles. In addition, remote employees are working to answer your questions and help arrange your vehicle purchase.

The employees working in dealership locations are following best practices recommended by the various health authorities to help reduce risk during this Coronavirus outbreak.

These practices include:

  • Limiting the number of employees in a dealership
  • Wearing face coverings
  • Maintaining a 6-foot distance between each other
  • Staying home if they are feeling ill
  • Frequently washing hands
  • Frequently sanitizing high touch surfaces with a disinfectant
  • Using disposable gloves when cleaning vehicles
  • Minimizing customer interaction at vehicle delivery
  • Ensuring local teams have supplies and resources needed

Additionally, all employees have been made aware that if they ever feel uncomfortable with working in a physical dealership, they are under absolutely no obligation to work.

To help increase safety for both customers and employees, we have modified our service offerings. This includes the addition of vehicle delivery (where available) and trade-in pickup to help promote social distancing while avoiding contact in our dealerships.

Additionally, to enhance your safety, our employees and our community, face coverings are required inside all of our dealerships.

You can’t always plan when you’ll need your next car, but by leveraging the service offerings above, we’re here to make car buying a little easier.

Enterprise is proud to announce a new program with Clorox®, one of the most trusted brands for powerful cleaning, and implement near- and long-term enhancements to our Complete Clean Pledge.

We will be providing a one-count Clorox Disinfecting Wipe in every vehicle to give you extra confidence during your test drive. The Clorox Disinfecting Wipes are approved by the EPA to kill SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, when used as directed on hard, non-porous surfaces. Each wipe includes directions for use and is accompanied by instructions to use it on the vehicle’s high-touch, hard non-porous surfaces.

We never stop looking for ways to enhance cleanliness and safety. In addition to being confident your vehicle is cleaned and sanitized between each test drive, you can also feel confident that we will take every opportunity to enhance the health and safety measures currently practiced in our operations.
